Job description

Core Responsibilities:
• Audit inventory worksheets.
• Verify signatures, item totals and amounts on the inventory worksheets.
• Ensure all back up documentation is included for receiving and transfers and sales exceptions.
• Prepare over/short reports.
• Retrieve information from stand sheet packets for data entry.
• Maintain reports and prints required reports.
• Retrieve and tally all stand worksheets, cashier reconciliation sheets.
• Physically count inventory product in locations and tie back to inventory worksheets.
• Must Role Model Company guest service program.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Data entry experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Inventory management experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming License.
• Ability to work late night and/or midnight shift.
• Effective communication skills – ability to understand and follow direction.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow job procedures and any manager’s instructions.
• Data entry.
• Counting product.
• 50% sitting and 50% walking.
