Role Description

As part of our IMS Team, the Network Analyst will be responsible for providing network support and administration to multiple client projects within our Intelligence division on an international level.

We design connected, sustainable solutions that integrate existing infrastructure with new technologies, and optimize the mobility of people and goods.
 

Role Accountabilities

  • Assist with network support, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
  • Support senior staff with network deployments, migrations, and documentation.
  • Help configure and monitor LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall environments.
  • Maintain accurate network records, inventories, and support documentation.
  • Provide on-site and after-hours support when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in network support, internships, co-op placements, or similar technical roles.
  • CCNA certification completed or in progress is preferred.
  • Foundational knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and network troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and basic network security concepts.
  • Exposure to network monitoring tools and documentation practices is an asset.
  • Awareness of cloud and virtual platforms such as Azure, AWS, or VMware is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $58,000-$72,500 per year. The base salary represents Arcadis' hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
