Pharmacy Medication Refill Technician 2 position is responsible for the completion of centralized medication refills across the clinics of the Baptist Health South Florida Network. The Medication Refill Technician contributes to the medication refill process by performing necessary data entry and follow-up as defined in the medication refill workflow and protocols set in place. This role will be responsible for tasks in any disease state and mange proposals within Pharmacy Led Refill Management Program including proposing medications in all pools (via Apellos, Bryants, Portals & Phone calls).
Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) highly preferred.
  • PTCB highly preferred.
  • Proficient in computer applications and data entry skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, intense (high volume) environment.
Minimum Required Experience: 5 YearsDegrees:
