About the role:

As a Network Analyst intern, you will support infrastructure in our Data Center and assisting with different teams in the IT organization. You will have a background or interest in IT infrastructure, cable management, networking, data center operations, platform, and server management.

You will report to the Network Services Manager and be located at our Cranberry facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer, May - August 2027.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the maintenance and monitoring of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Support data center operations, including server installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
  • Participate in telecom infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient and secure communication systems
  • Help with cable management and organization within the data center
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of infrastructure components
  • Document processes, configurations, and changes to maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
  • Completed Sophomore year of college
  • Understanding of networking concepts, data center operations, and telecom infrastructure
  • Experience in Networking or Firewalls, CCNA certification
