Job Summary

MGB Digital Desktop Support Tech Services is hiring! Full Time, Network Support Technician
This position is vital to the team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a wide range of technical systems and equipment. Duties include transporting and setting up technical equipment and maintaining inventory. Also responsible for managing systems to ensure secure and efficient operations, providing technical support and troubleshooting, and offering technical guidance to peers to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.
-Transport, set up, install, and decommission systems.
-Perform tasks in accordance with layout diagrams and project schedules.
-Run diagnostic tests on systems; troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
-Assist customers as needed with technical issues related to computers, Applications, or telecom
-Document issues and resolutions effectively and efficiently.
-Provide professional, efficient, and effective customer service to the end-user community, focused on routine matters.
-Monitor and maintain inventory levels for equipment and accessories.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No
  • Customer service experience 0-1 year required
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work demands.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • General knowledge of desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other computing equipment.
  • Proficiency with associated technical systems and software.
  • Familiarity with Mac OS, Office 365, and common software applications, as well as phone systems.
