  • Hiring Location Dover, OH

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Network Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing our organization's network infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Intune, Azure, and Active Directory. Candidates with hands-on experience in cabling and fiber terminations will be considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and support local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and network segments.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high levels of availability and security.
  • Administer Microsoft Intune for device management and security policies.
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud resources and services.
  • Administer Active Directory, including user and group management, authentication, and permissions.
  • Perform regular network maintenance, including firmware updates and patch management.
  • Maintain documentation of network configurations and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cabling, including fiber terminations (preferred).
  • Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to support organizational technology needs.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.

Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in network administration or a similar IT role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure, and Active Directory is required.
  • Experience in cabling and fiber terminations is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and hardware.
