Job description

Job Title: Engineering Administrator
  • Enter, update, and maintain data within SAP and other business systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify data by comparing system entries against source documentation and correcting discrepancies as needed.
  • Review, validate, and process records to support operational and business requirements.
  • Perform routine audits of system data to ensure information remains current, accurate, and compliant with company standards.
  • Organize, maintain, and format data for reporting, analysis, and tracking purposes.
  • Support KPI reporting and data collection activities by gathering and validating information from multiple sources.
  • Respond to data requests from team members and leadership by providing accurate and timely information.
  • Assist with troubleshooting data issues, investigating errors, and supporting corrective actions.
  • Support procurement-related activities, including purchase order creation, data entry, and record maintenance within SAP.
  • Maintain documentation, work instructions, and process records to support business operations and continuous improvement efforts.
