About the Role

This role is ideal for entry-level to mid-level professionals who are passionate about improving manufacturing processes, increasing production efficiency, and supporting quality and safety initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Support daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and reliable production processes
  • Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Assist with troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, reduce waste, and increase productivity
  • Participate in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support equipment installation, validation, and process qualification activities
  • Monitor production metrics and prepare reports on efficiency, downtime, and quality performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Assist in new product introduction and manufacturing readiness activities


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
  • 0–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and quality control principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
