The role of the Consultant Services Manager (CSM) is to be the primary liaison between Experis Professionals and Experis. The goal is to create and maintain a positive, trusted working relationship that maximizes the Professional's job satisfaction and appreciation for working with Experis. The CSM accomplishes this goal by being highly customer service oriented. They engage in regular formal and informal contact with the Professional, provide timely responses to questions or issues, and communicate status until resolutions are achieved. 
 
Onboarding & off boarding of Professionals 
Maintain regular contact for assigned Professionals 
Partner with Client Account Director and Engagement Managers to deliver client provided performance management

The base salary range for this position is between $45,000 CAD and $75,000 CAD is dependent upon knowledge, skill, and ability.
