Essential Job Functions: Supervise and operate the organization's SAP systems through implementation of best practices Install, configure, patch, upgrade, administer, and maintain the company's SAP systems Plan and coordinate the change management of processes required for the support and maintenance of SAP systems necessary for business operations Participate, execute, and manage administration of the SAP systems that extend the functionality or geographic use of the system in support of business processes Provide SAP best practice guidance and solutions to business users, functional users and technical team members Work effectively and efficiently with upper management Leverage best practices in SAP solution and service delivery Ensure that SAP technical activities maximize the use and adoption of standard SAP solutions Effectively work with service providers, Determine implementation approaches, provide guidance to use SAP best practices Requirements: Experience in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), SAP Business Intelligence (BI), and SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Education: Option #1: Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Management, Computer Information Systems or related major Option #2: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Management, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related major and five years progressively responsible experience NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
