Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a CAD Systems Manager for our client in the Technology Solutions domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Permanent position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: Full-time

Location: Hickory, NC

Salary: $70,000-$75,000/Annually

Role: CAD Systems Manager

Primary Skills: Engineering

Role Description: The CAD Systems Manager must have 4+ years of experience. As CAD Systems Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the use of CAD software and supporting software products, and the proper usage of GD&T dimensioning.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain guidelines for consistent usage of company CAD software.

- Manage CAD software license utilization.

- Lead the transition from network CAD file storage to the use of Autodesk Vault for storage.

- Manage access to CAD file storage locations on the network and in Autodesk Vault.

- Lead the transition from traditional dimensioning to GD&T on existing part drawings.

- Arrange for the necessary training for all CAD-related software.

- Provide initial setup of CAD-related software for new hires.

- Work with IT department to upgrade all CAD-related software as necessary.

- Troubleshoot CAD-related software issues that arise.

- Arrange for training as needed in the use of GD&T dimensioning.

Requirements:

What we'd like you to have:

- Bachelor’s degree in technology or similar preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.

- 3+ years of CAD System management.

- Experience with Autodesk CAD products including Autodesk Vault is preferred but not required.

- Experience with other CAD data management tools such as Teamcenter, Windchill, or ENOVIA would also be beneficial.

- Experience with GD&T preferred.

- Excellent communication skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in technology or similar preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
