Job description

Are you ready to join a growing team?

CTG is seeking to fill a Marketing Manager I opening for our client.

Location: Amherst, NY

Duration: 6 months

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage integrated marketing and communications campaigns.
  • Create campaign strategy, messaging, content, and communications.
  • Manage projects from concept through execution and implementation.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage campaign budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and brand standards.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Marketing campaign management, communications, project management, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and performance analysis.

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing project teams and coordinate cross-functional resources.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree, and 4+ years of experience managing marketing campaigns in a client or agency environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience with marketing strategy, campaign management, communications, budgeting, and performance analysis.

Education and Experience Preferred:

  • Experience in financial services or a regulated industry.

  • Experience managing integrated marketing and communications programs.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $35.88 - $59.80/hour.
