About the Position
We are currently seeking an experienced BIM/CAD Manager to join and offer guidance to our growing team in Peachtree Corners, GA. The ideal candidate possesses 8+ years of related experience and leadership to aid the group in growth, collaboration, and innovation. In this position, the successful candidate will work with the Director of Operations and IT to identify new software updates and installations required to keep production staff efficient, maintain and document company-wide BIM or CAD drafting standards and project execution workflows, create, maintain, and promote software best practices, work with design teams during project setup and execution of projects that utilize BIM or CAD, train users in software and best practices, create and maintain BIM or CAD execution plans, and prepare, maintain Navisworks models for design coordination purposes, and work to maintain Pond as an industry leader by increasing offered services. We are seeking someone who can be an independent self-starter and has experience managing a team of 4-8 direct reports.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree with 8-10 years of related BIM or CAD design production experience in a multi-discipline, Architectural/Engineering environment
  • Prior leadership experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
  • Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
