JOB INFORMATION

Job Title of Opening: Computer Manager

Position is for a Computer Manager (internal title: Technical Project Manager) responsible for overseeing the design, development, and integration of enterprise-level software applications for corporate clients. Duties include, but are not limited to: Attend meetings and periodic discussions with stakeholders (e.g., client architects, Application Owners and IT/Business points of contact) to brainstorm and elicit project requirements. Map the requirements onto a requirement document for Implementation; Conceptualize and translate the requirements to design the approach and solution to create the Entities, Services & class Tables. Work with stakeholders and developers to ensure implementation is according to design specifications. Create project plans with scope, schedule, and cost clearly identified, Track project development through daily stand-ups, weekly architecture review, and bi-weekly leadership meetings. Identify the potential risks impacting the project and mitigate with appropriate risk management strategies. Identify the stakeholders of the project and utilize the effective stake holder management strategy to avoid possible conflicts. Manage the ongoing coding and development of the required components. Design and develop robust scalable high performing high-volume production applications with users across the globe.  Analyze, design and code using Java J2EE, Spring Boot platform, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Enterprise application development; Analyze, design and code with Spark SQL, WebAPI and AngularJS2; Develop code using MySQL for query optimization and data analysis; and Perform the design review, code review and test case reviews of the artifacts created by the technical team. Performance of duties requires proficiency in the following programming languages, software development tools, and Frameworks/APIs: Apache Spark, Spark Streaming, AWS, Azure, Hadoop, Java, Oracle, SQL, Linux, Sybase, Mainframe; Clarity, Jira, VersionOne, Microsoft Office Suite, VBA Macros, HP PPM, QC, ALM, RPA, Tableau, Maven, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Microsoft Project, Visio, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, REST API, JNLP, JDBC, JMS, ActiveMQ, Tiles, JUNIT, and NodeJS.

Requires a Master's of Business Administration in Human Resources & Systems and 1 year of experience. Experience as an Account Manager is acceptable, or any suitable combination of education, training or experience thereof.

Job Site: Employee will be regularly required to travel to various unanticipated client locations within the U.S. The nature of this travel entails overseeing development of enterprise-level software applications for clients of the employer. It is not possible to anticipate the frequency of this travel. The frequency of this travel will vary and be on an as-needed basis.
