Provide information, answer questions, and direct visitors to the appropriate staff member or Academic Resource Center service. Also serve as receptionist for students, faculty, and visitors. Maintain Computer Lab and Math Lab, assist students with hardware/software, and monitor Academic Resource Center attendance. Prepare forms, file documents, and perform other office duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Macon tradition undergraduate students only. General clerical experience, excellent communication skills, good computer skills, and ability to learn new hardware and software. Minimum sophomore level, 3.0 GPA, and faculty/staff recommendation.
