Start Date  August 2026  Position Summary The qualified candidate will perform duties and responsibilities necessary to support the area to which they are assigned. Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Requires organizational, clerical, and technical skills. This includes data entry, scheduling and the ability to operate commonly used office equipment.
  • Knowledge of Google Suites and proficient word processing is required.
  • Should be able to troubleshoot basic issues.
  • Requires skill in both written and verbal communication as well as the ability to collaborate with other staff members and students.
  • Some positions may require: ELS(PARA) License (ISBE registered in DuPage Co), a valid driver's license, or musical accompaniment skill.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities  (Not all inclusive)

 Instructional Supervisor

  • Assist teacher w/instructional and classroom management including but not limited to attendance, inventory, lab scheduling and grading records.
  • Responsible for student supervision(should be included)
  • May assist or coordinate mandated school testing.
  • May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as correspondence, surveys and electronic media.
  • Ability to write professional communications.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to respond to questions from individuals and groups.
  • Ability to complete mathematical operations and apply concepts of basic mathematics.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to maintain current job skills as directed, especially in technology-related activities.
  • Ability to perform essential duties with an awareness of school district requirements and  School Board policies.

  • Work is usually conducted at one job site, however, on occasion, this employee will be required to attend meetings, conferences, or workshops and events at other sites as assigned.
