Lexima is seeking an experienced and dynamic Dual GeneralManager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two select-service hotels,ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strongfinancial performance. This role requires a leader who can effectively managemultiple properties, uphold brand standards, and drive growth and profitabilityacross both locations.

Location: Holiday Inn Express & Staybridge Suites – NEWichita, KS

Responsibilities
  • Represent the hotel in a professional,knowledgeable and eloquent manner.
  • Dress appropriately in business attire at alltimes.
  • Ensure compliance with all Brand standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all Lexima standards asoutlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Maintain an impeccably clean, safe and invitingatmosphere inside and out.
  • Develop and execute both a short and long termoperating plan to meet or exceed budgeted fiscal performance goals.
  • Attend monthly property review meeting to reporton hotel performance.
  • Ensure an operating environment that will maximizeguest satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed customer service standards asmeasured by brand inspections, brand survey reports and social mediareviews. Respond to all reviews and initiate corrective action whennecessary.
  • Establish a presence in the community throughparticipation in local events, associations and community serviceprojects.
  • Ensure revenue maximization through dailycoordination with the assigned brand revenue management supportrepresentative.
  • Perform sales duties or work closely with theSales Manager to set and achieve local account and group business salesobjectives.
  • Continually recruit, train and monitor staff.Ensure proper staffing levels on each shift.
  • Create and maintain a pleasant, safe and mutuallyrespectful work environment. Continually interact with and motivate allstaff members.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensivepreventative maintenance program.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Managementor Business preferred.
  • Previous General Manager experience is preferred.
  • 2-5 years as Assistant General Manager or otherhotel management role required.
  • Knowledge of a variety of computer softwareapplications in word processing, spreadsheets, and hotel managementsystems.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule asthe hours for this management position will vary.
