Eldersburg Arthritis, a busy rheumatology office located in Carroll County, is looking for an experienced Medical Assistant to become an integral part of our dedicated healthcare team. We offer a supportive and pleasant working environment, where patient care is our top priority.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-authorization of medications and checking lab work.
  • Sending prescriptions and communicating lab results with patients.
  • Taking vital signs and preparing exam rooms for patient visits.
  • Scheduling patient appointments and managing patient flow.
  • Performing blood draws and other clinical duties as needed.
  • Assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in rheumatology setting.
