Work Location: Wilmington, DE (Must be within an hour of the job site)
Shift: 1st Shift
Interview: Face to Face
Support the development and management of the data infrastructure for the DOJ Data Lab Assist in data pipelines and ETL processes.Ensure data security, compliance, and optimization Automate workflows to support real-time data access.
Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).3-5 years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or cloud engineering.Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Java, or Scala).Experience with Azure or another cloud platform.Familiarity with containerization/orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance.
Preferred Skills: Experience in government, public safety, or legal data environments.Certification in Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering, or Security.Familiarity with GIS data, real-time streaming technologies, or Airflow.
