Position Title Technology Service Center Representative (Part-Time) FLSA Non-Exempt FT/PT Part Time Hours Per Week Up to 25 Work Schedule Monday-Friday Position Salary Range Summary
Entry Level Technology Service Center Position. This job will be responsible for interacting with students and faculty to assist them with common technology problems. The Technology Service Center is the community facing division of the IT department and requires strong troubleshooting ability as well as customer service skills. 
Essential Role Responsibilities
  • Respond to technology support requests via online portal, phone, virtual call and in person. Representatives will resolve the problems when able, escalating incidents/requests to senior level technicians through our ticketing system with necessary. 
  • Assist student and faculty in the DH110 computer lab the with hardware and software problems. The lab features loaner laptops, iPad, printing, and 3-D printing
  • Oversee the student laptop loan program inventory, including maintaining devices and repairing laptops when necessary. 
  • Working with other divisions of the college to support technician needs and training events.
