Hourly Pay Range:
$20.69 - $30.00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position Highlights:
  • Position: Laboratory Assistant Lead
  • Location: Northwest Community Hospital
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 3pm-11:30pm, rotating weekends and holidays

What you will do:
• Perform client account registrations and order processing
• Answer incoming patient, physician and client calls
• Contact physician offices and client accounts for resolution of lab orders and specimen related issues
• Assist with dispatch of NCH courier teams
• Performs registrations, and enters lab orders
What you will need:
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent work experience
• Certification: N/A
• Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred
• Unique or Preferred Skills: Good communication and organization skills, moderate computer skills needed, strong customer service skills.
