Ghostshield a leading manufacturer of high-performance concrete sealers and coatings, is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in business administration, operations, or office management. Responsibilities

  • Print and organize daily shipping labels and shipping documents
  • Schedule freight shipments and coordinate carrier pickups
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with light accounting tasks, including invoicing and payment processing
  • Support purchasing activities and vendor communications
  • Help manage inventory levels and inventory transactions
  • Maintain organized files and documentation
  • Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed
