Graham is actively recruiting for an IT Implementation & Quality Manager supporting the Corporate Services division. Reporting to the Director-Architecture and IT Implementation, the incumbent plays a key role in supporting the successful execution and release readiness of technology initiatives, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and to defined quality standards while enabling operational readiness and continuous improvement.

 

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, translating business priorities into successful project execution and release outcomes
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and delivery partners to deliver technology solutions through design, build, testing, deployment, and operational handoff
  • Oversee delivery execution and governance, including scope management, risk mitigation, change control, stakeholder communication, and status reporting.
  • Own quality assurance strategy and execution, ensuring functional, integration, regression, UAT, performance, and security testing meet enterprise standards.
  • Drive testing automation and CI/CD quality practices, embedding shift-left testing, automation, quality gates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure successful releases and operational readiness through release planning, deployment coordination, production readiness, knowledge transfer, Operations handoff, and post-implementation reviews.

 

The Right Tools for the Job 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience:
    • 5–8+ years of experience delivering IT solutions, including applications, data, platforms, and integrations.
    • 3–5+ years of experience in Software or Systems Quality Assurance, including test strategy, test management, and test automation
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of SDLC, agile and hybrid delivery methodologies, and change/release management.
    • Experience with QA methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT), test automation, shift-left testing, and CI/CD quality gates.
