IT Technician (Hybrid)
Our client is seeking an IT Technician to support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related business applications. This role serves as the primary point of contact for business users, providing technical support, system administration, user training, reporting, and process improvements while also assisting with accounting operations.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Manage and optimize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment to support business operations
  • Configure user access, security, workflows, and Microsoft 365 integrations
  • Provide timely technical support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver user training and documentation
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement system enhancements
  • Coordinate system upgrades, testing, and ERP-related projects
  • Collaborate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and consultants to resolve issues and support initiatives
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and data insights to support operational and financial reporting
  • Maintain data integrity while delivering reliable system performance and excellent user support
Your strengths include:
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics platforms, preferably Business Central
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and cloud-based environments
  • Exposure to accounting processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, or general accounting support is an asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft 365 Administration, SharePoint, Teams, ERP integrations, and workflow management
  • Experience with Power BI, reporting, and dashboard development is preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
