Job Summary
We are looking for an Associate Information Systems Engineer to join our Information Technology team and help support the systems, tools, and platforms that enable employees to work effectively. In this role, you will work alongside experienced engineers to maintain business applications, troubleshoot technical issues, improve system reliability, and support technology initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
As an Associate Information Systems Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience with enterprise applications, cloud-based solutions, automation, and system integration. Primary Responsibilities
  • Support the administration, maintenance, and monitoring of business systems and enterprise applications.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, investigate root causes, and assist with problem resolution.
  • Assist with system configurations, upgrades, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, and business teams to deliver reliable technology solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives through automation and workflow optimization.
  • Help ensure systems meet security, compliance, and operational standards.
  • Participate in incident response and support activities to maintain system availability and performance.
  • Assist with user onboarding, access management, and application support tasks.
  • Learn and apply software development, systems engineering, and agile planning practices where appropriate.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Up to 2 years of experience supporting information systems, software applications, or technology platforms through internships, academic projects, or professional roles.
  • Foundational knowledge of information systems, software development, cloud technologies, or system administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Desire to learn new technologies and continuously improve technical skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with business applications, cloud platforms, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of scripting, automation, or application programming concepts.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices and agile planning methodologies.
  • Experience using collaboration and project management tools.
  • Relevant technical certifications or coursework related to information systems or software engineering.

The pay range for this position is $56,800 to $81,650. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
