POSITION PURPOSE
Will work with the technology team at Prosperity Bank. Will have extensive (and current) experience in Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, and enterprise grade storage technologies. Must work well in a team environment. Will also be part of the overall support team and requires outstanding customer service skills both over the phone and in person. Must approach issues from a scientific point of view, not just guessing or memorization. Be able to automate their way out of problems rather than simply working harder. Should have enough experience to know how to fix problems (due to experience), as well as the wisdom to verify their initial diagnosis, since symptoms can be deceiving. Must have the ability to create correct and repeatable processes. The processes should be able to be followed by other non-experienced team members.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
  1. Day to day support of the servers and systems and handling remote support where needed including Active Directory, Citrix, Microsoft SQL, file servers; Exchange 2019 and hybrid configuration with O365 Exchange Online; and other applications as needed; limited SQL support.
  2. Coordination, planning and communication of IT projects as well as documentation of any changes to the server systems.
  3. Manage vendors for outsourced services and projects.
  4. Design, develop, and implement Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity process, procedures, and infrastructure as well as actively participate in Disaster Recovery exercises.
  5. Work closely and support the Network, Systems, and Applications teams to better support server hardware, software, and applications.
  6. Maintain and support security policy and procedures.
  7. Be on call to support the infrastructure as needed.
  8. Identify and plan preventive maintenance, software/hardware upgrades, patch management, and firmware upgrades.
  9. Working with both end users and all members of the IT staff.
  10. Support of anti-virus, web filtering, email filtering, endpoint security tiers.
  11. Design, develop, and implement Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity process, procedures, and infrastructure as it relates to the Information Security Program, well as actively participate in Disaster Recovery exercises.
  12. Work closely and support the Senior Network Analyst and the Application's team to provide deep security layers around server hardware, software, and applications.
  13. Identify and plan preventive maintenance, software/hardware upgrades, patch management, and firmware upgrades.
  14. Working with both end users and all members of the IT staff.
  15. Develops, monitors, and reports on information security performance metrics (such as threat level, vulnerability level, problem resolution time, etc.)
  16. Identifies areas of non-compliance and makes recommendations for achieving compliance.
  17. Keeps updated on IT security regulation changes and new developments in the IT security environment.
  18. Occasional travel may be required.
  19. Ensures there are no repeat IS security related findings from regulatory and 3rd party exams.
  20. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
MCSA: Windows Server or MCSE: Server Infrastructure, or MCSE (or comparable) preferred.
Citrix CCA, CCAA, CCEE, or CCIA preferred.
Experience PREFERRED:

7+ yrs. Microsoft infrastructure technologies (DNS, DHCP, DFS) specifically relating to multiple data centers and fault tolerance.

5+ yrs. Citrix XenApp and/or XenDesktop or VMware Horizons
