Job description

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to support our Medical Management platform and client data operations. In this role, you'll help ensure important data is received, processed, and delivered accurately so teams and clients can rely on it for decision-making and day-to-day activities. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position where you'll identify and fix data issues, support system updates, and work with both internal teams and external partners to keep things running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Support day-to-day operations of the Medical Management platform, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and timely resolution of operational issues.
  • Monitor inbound eligibility, medical, pharmacy, vision, and census files; evaluate processing outcomes and take corrective action when files are delayed, incomplete, or fail validation.
  • Prioritize incidents, requests, and data issues based on client impact, system risk, and operational urgency, using independent judgment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data and system issues affecting reporting, eligibility, claims processing, and workflows.
  • Set up new clients and maintain existing configurations, including data feeds, system settings, and ongoing support needs.
  • Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to resolve file delivery issues, clarify data questions, and manage timelines, escalating when appropriate.
  • Create and maintain templates, client/member communications, and documentation; use SQL, R, and other tools to analyze data, track work, and identify process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in technical support, operations, or data-focused roles
  • Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and SQL required
  • Experience with R, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
  • Exposure to healthcare data (claims, eligibility, etc.) preferred
  • Familiarity with EDI or file-based data processing is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
