Job description

Fetch Staffing Solutions is filling an HRIS Technology Administrator position for a large nonprofit based in Midtown Atlanta on a 6 month contract to hire assignment. This is a hybrid position requiring 3-5 days week in our client’s midtown office. Seeking strong ADP Workforce Now platform experience. 

Pay rate is $30-$40/hr.

The HRIS Technology Administrator will report under the Internal Operations IT team and the Senior Director of Enterprise Technology. You will provide the long and short-term strategic technical direction, system design, maintenance, reporting, analytics and project management for the ADP Workforce Now system.

This role manages the entire suite of modules and will be responsible for integration and requirements to maximize value to the organization. The HRIS Technology Administrator will work closely with Leadership and Stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, requirements, gaps, and bottlenecks translating those into technical solutions. This role acts as the technical bridge between HR, payroll, and IT.
