  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts for system updates, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and minimal disruption
  • Evaluate Workday releases and updates, assess downstream impacts, and recommend appropriate actions
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Workday functionality and data flows
  • Continuously monitor system performance and recommend enhancements aligned to HR technology strategy

EDUCATIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2 - 4+ years of hands-on HRIS experience with Workday, including configuration and reporting
  • Working knowledge of Workday modules (HCM required; Time, Absence, Payroll, or Benefits preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting system issues and performing root-cause analysis
  • Proven ability to audit, validate, and maintain data integrity across systems
  • Strong understanding of HR data structures and system integrations
