Arise Homes is a new home builder and developer dedicated to providing beautiful, quality homes at an affordable price point. Join a dynamic and customer-focused team dedicated to helping families find their dream home. As the Systems Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing, maintaining and continuously improving Arise Homes' systems infrastructure. This role manages existing platforms, evaluates and implements new technologies, and drives process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. The Systems Manager will also oversee IT functions and lead system-related projects across departments.


HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Manage and maintain all current business systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security
  • Evaluate, vet, and implement new systems and technologies, including ERP platforms
  • Lead system integrations and upgrades with minimal disruption to operations
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve cross-functional processes
  • Design and implement automations to increase efficiency and reduce manual tasks
  • Oversee IT operations, including hardware, software, network, and vendor management
  • Partner with department leaders to assess system needs and deliver effective solutions
  • Develop and document system processes, procedures, and best practices
  • Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Manage system-related projects, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Leadership experience in systems, IT, or operations management
  • Proven experience managing ERP and CRM systems; implementation experience a bonus
  • Strong background in process improvement and workflow optimization
  • Experience creating or managing automations (integrations, low-code/no-code tools, or scripting)
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and data management
  • Experience managing vendors and external technology partners
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Demonstrates a high Level of ownership and accountability
