Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and a minimum of 10 years' related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 14 years' experience.
Subject matter expertise in HR platforms and capabilities.
Advanced system configuration, reporting, and analytics expertise across HR systems and integrated platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Expert level Excel skills.
Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history may be required.

Support the strategy, design and management of the company's Human Resources Information Systems function.
Provide consultation, subject matter expertise, and training to management and Human Resources.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners, at all levels of management spanning all organizational departments.
Lead, manage and mentor HRIS team to meet company objectives, goals and philosophies. Balance team workload and allocate resources effectively to meet priorities and deadlines.
Manage system initiatives from conception to implementation including business case development, project management, requirement gathering, functional specification documentation, system testing, managing end-user acceptance testing and end-user documentation and training. Propose short and long-term HRIS technology strategies and roadmaps.
Collaborate and engage with HR, business process owners and other stakeholders to understand the business case for development requests, process improvements, interfaces (internal and external) or enhancements, ensuring business critical and innovative results.
Identify synergies and other opportunities for enhancement of current systems, resources and processes for improved efficiency, quality, timeliness, and accuracy of HRIS functions.
Responsible for HR system governance, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee quarterly release management processes, including impact analysis, regression testing, and deployment of new functionality.
Evaluate new system functionality and recommend enhancements to maximize value, scalability, and user experience.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls impacting HR systems and data.
Adhere to safety rules, guidelines, and standards for all projects; participate in pre-task planning and report safety concerns to management.
Maintain established quality standards across all initiatives and deliverables.
Develop understanding and be aware of project-related risk.  Be familiar with what could go wrong on a project and how to protect the Company.  Be familiar with company risk policies.  
Lead safety efforts for team and ensure team follows safety rules and guidelines.  Responsible for creating and modeling a safe work environment; demonstrates safety practices.  Promote pre-task planning for all projects.
Promote continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects.  Monitor quality standards and practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.
