Candidate must have experience as hardware TPM, preferably tech products, but open to any background where the TPM works onsite with physical hardware, possibly with a degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.

Minimum Qualifications: • B.S. in engineering, computer science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of systems engineering, hardware engineering, software engineering, or technical product/program management experience. • Experience leading technology investments across multiple products or product families from innovation to delivery. • Demonstrated experience leading execution across ambiguous, complex products and programs, with experience making technical and product trade offs balancing business needs and technical constraints. • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership. • Experience in leading complex execution across multiple teams in different time zones, anticipating roadblocks and creating a path forward. • Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems
