Job description

Job Summary:
The IT Support Intern will learn to use imaging software and assist with preparing computers for G+D users, including configuring Windows systems for new and replacement equipment. Responsibilities include packaging and shipping devices to remote employees, installing and setting up equipment for local staff, wiping decommissioned computers, and updating asset inventory records. The intern will support the IT team as needed, gaining hands-on experience with hardware and software setup while ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout all processes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Major responsibilities in order of priority
  • New Computer Imaging - Deployment
  • Inventory support
  • Decomissioned equipment

Requirements Qualifications and Skills:
Working towards a Bachelors degree in:
  • Information Systems

Specific systems/tools/software nice to haves
  • Windows Operating system
  • Outlook
  • Teams

  • Knowledge of Active Directory

Soft Skills:
