We are seeking a motivated Help Desk Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with end-users, and building foundational IT skills across networking, systems, and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 12 help desk support for end users (remote and onsite)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues
- Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner
- Support Microsoft 365, email, and user account management
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding and system setup
- Document issues, resolutions, and processes clearly
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers as needed
Requirements
- 13 years of IT support or help desk experience (MSP experience a plus)
- Basic understanding of:
- Windows OS and desktop support
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Active Directory / user account management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Reliable transportation (for occasional onsite support)
