IT Tech Needed in the Baton Rouge Area!!
Snelling Staffing has an immediate opening for an IT Help Desk Analyst in the Baton Rouge area. This position will provide essential assistance for any computer and network related issues including troubleshooting and tackling hardware replacement issues. Duties:
* Provide coverage for all calls and emails received by help desk
* Troubleshoot computer issues* Resolve network, PC, and related hardware issues including necessary updates and replacements
* Maintain inventory of equipment via asset management system
* Install equipment, hardware, and updates as needed
Position Requirements:
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is REQUIRED!
* Prior experience in IT or help desk roles may be accepted in lieu of education
