Job description

Joint the Team Behind the Technology That Powers the Game!

Are you someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with computer hardware and taking ownership of your work from start to finish? Pacific Gaming is looking for a Product Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Bingo Desk department and help ensure our equipment is built, tested, maintained and supported to the highest standards.

In this hands-on role, you'll work with computer systems, electronics, inventory, and customer support while serving as the go-to resource for bingo desk equipment and operations. Every day brings a new challenge, whether you're building new systems, troubleshooting returned equipment, managing inventory, or supporting customers.

What You'll Do

As the Product Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the department, ensuring equipment is prepared, maintained, and delivered accurately and on time.

This position will be responsible for

  • Assemble, configure, and test new bingo desk systems.
  • Coordinate equipment builds and shipments to meet customer and operational timelines.
  • Diagnose, repair, and quality-test returned equipment.
  • Provide hardware and software support to customers and internal team members.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies.
  • Track and document repairs, builds, testing, and equipment status.
  • Partner with Inventory and Operations teams to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve department processes, efficiency, and product quality.
  • Ensure a high level of quality, organization, and customer service in all activities.
  • Other duties as required.
What You'll Need
  • Strong computer hardware and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working with Windows-based systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Commitment to quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with hand tools and electronic equipment.
  • Flexible availability to support occasional evening and weekend operational needs.
  • Experience with inventory management processes or systems. (preferred)
  • Experience repairing, testing, or supporting computer hardware and electronics. (preferred)
  • Technical support or customer support experience. (preferred)

Additional Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (sponsorship is not available).
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
