Job description

This role provides comprehensive IT support for external clients, ensuring the smooth operation of infrastructure such as servers, desktops, networks, firewalls, and VOIP systems. Responsibilities include installing and configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, managing user accounts, maintaining support documentation, and assisting with the implementation and evaluation of new technologies. The position also involves analyzing system data to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.

The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver with solid technical expertise across various systems and applications, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to deadlines, adaptability, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure, including occasional overtime or weekend work as needed.

Responsibilities
•    Responsible for supporting both external clients IT infrastructure including but not limited to Servers, Desktops and Firewalls. 
•    Install and configure computer software, hardware, networks, and peripheral equipment 
•    Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues quickly and efficiently 
•    Provide steps to help internal and external users resolve technical problems 
•    Maintain technical support procedures and reports 
•    Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues 
•    Support the implementation of new solutions or applications 
•    Create accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems 
•    Test and evaluate new technology 
•    Provide insight into technical requirements 
•    Repair and replace equipment as necessary 
•    Deploy and maintain VOIP systems
