Computer Repair Technician – Hardware Only | Flexible Schedule

We're hiring hands-on Computer Repair Technicians for hardware-only repairs and installations on laptops and desktops in New Castle, DE. No software work involved — just swap, install, and go. Great for experienced techs who want flexible, steady work.

What You'll Do

  • Perform hardware repairs and installations on laptops and desktops

  • Pick up parts from FedEx or UPS locations

  • Contact customers directly to schedule on-site visits

  • Log and close calls through our mobile app

  • Return used parts via pre-paid labels within 24 hours

What You Won't Do

  • No software installs

  • No virus removals

  • No troubleshooting

What You'll Need

  • Hands-on experience installing/swapping hardware components

  • Reliable transportation

  • Your own cell phone, tools, computer, and internet access

  • Ability to log into your tech portal by 9 AM, Monday–Friday

Certifications
