Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to support initiatives across our computer hardware portfolio and partner programs. This role will be responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, managing end-to-end program execution, and fostering strong relationships with key technology partners to deliver innovative hardware solutions to market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Include the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
• Assist in planning and tracking hardware deployment programs and partner initiatives
• Maintain program documentation, schedules, and status reports
• Help identify and resolve program risks and issues in collaboration with senior team members
• Support onboarding and communication with hardware and technology partners
• Coordinate logistics for partner meetings, demos, and joint initiatives
• Help maintain partner collateral and documentation
• Work closely with engineering, product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on program goals and timelines
• Schedule and facilitate team and partner meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
• Manage program timelines, provide regular status updates, and escalate risks or blockers as needed
• Continuously refine program lifecycle processes to enhance quality, security, and partner satisfaction
• Data mining and data analysis
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in a project coordination, program management, or technical support role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Interest in computer hardware and technology partnerships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
Salary Range
$87,000 - $146,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
