Immediate need for a talented Electrical Hardware Engineer. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Folsom, CA(Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $52/hr - $54/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key skills; "bring up", "hardware engineer", "PCB"
  • Design, Testing and Debugging digital and analog circuits
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering required.
  • 5+ years of experience designing, testing, and debugging analog and digital hardware at the component level.
  • Strong hands-on experience with analog circuits, Op Amps, voltage regulators, transistors, microcontrollers, and multiplexers.
  • Experience with component selection, circuit analysis, schematic capture, PCB layout review, and ECOs.
  • Hands-on experience with PCB bring-up, board validation, and hardware debugging.
  • Regular experience using oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, and function generators.
  • Experience developing and executing hardware validation/test plans and writing technical test reports.
  • Experience with schematic capture tools; Cadence preferred.
  • Ability to read complex device datasheets and work effectively with software/firmware engineers on hardware interfaces such as I2C and SPI.
  • Strong technical writing, documentation, and communication skills.
