**Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph REQUIRED** Please do not apply if you do not currently possess this level of clearance. ---------- Telework: None Basic Requirements: * 14 years of experience as a Hardware Engineer * Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline * 5 additional years of experience as a Hardware Engineer may be substituted for a degree Job Description: * Manage hardware-related ServiceNow (SNOW), NLYTE, and JIRA tickets and provide regular updates to the customer * Plan all phases of hardware projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and maturing technical performance parameters * Perform engineering reviews of deployment packages submitted by customers to identify and resolve inconsistencies * Work closely with the systems engineering team to develop and validate hardware drawing packages * Complete documentation to obtain approvals for shipping equipment to pre-staging areas and keep stakeholders informed (e.g., MDATs, TOEs) * Perform immediate changes, maintenance, sustainment, and replacement of failed hardware (Break/Fix support) * Organize and lead hardware installations across multiple operational sites * Troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate with multiple organizations while on TDY assignments as required Required Experience: * JIRA * SNOW Desired Experience: * Nlyte ---------- Excellent benefits package including 25 days PTO, 11 paid holidays, 100% employer-paid healthcare for employees and dependents - available day 1, 8% 401(k) employer match - immediate vesting.
