In this role, you will be the face of SWK Technologies to our clients, delivering top-tier technical support and solutions on-site. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing installations and upgrades, and assisting clients with any technical queries they may have. You will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction, and your expertise will help to foster long-lasting relationships with our clients.
