Job Description

Title/ Designation : IT HARDWARE SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Duration of Contract:     6 Months+

Qualifications


Possess organizational, communication, customer service, and team work skills and relevant experience.
Experience with using a ticketing system and experience with updating data in an asset database.
Must have 2-3 years of progressively responsible relevant work in the areas of installing, maintaining, and supporting computer hardware, Operating Systems, and software. The IT Hardware Support specialist will also need to maintain an Outlook Calendar which is updated with equipment move information. 

Must have experience with Microsoft Windows 7, 8, Operating Systems and later, and Microsoft Office software. 

Ability to work with minimal direction, as well as work within a team environment.
Ability to lift approximately 35 pounds computer equipment without assistance and may require unconventional positioning (crawling under desks, bending, etc.)
Possess a valid CA driver's license.
The Contractor must provide the IT Hardware Support specialist with a vehicle (van or equivalent) and a including rolling cart (38"x46"x24").
