The Opportunity
As a Senior Associate - Managed Services - SCM Oracle Cloud, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.
In this role, you will be part of a team that specializes in business application consulting, providing consulting services across various Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will enable you to assist clients in optimizing their operations and achieving their goals. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Oracle Cloud SCM functional ownership (Procurement, Purchasing, Payables, Inventory, Order Management, Product Management, etc., as applicable)

Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning - Optional

- Service delivery management with adherence to SLAs and KPIs

- Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions effectively

- Oracle quarterly update assessment, impact analysis, testing coordination, and production readiness
- Providing training and support for seamless integration of Oracle applications
- Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize operational efficiency for clients
- Developing training materials to enhance client understanding of Oracle systems
- Implementing technology solutions to support client business objectives
- Engaging in business process modeling to improve client workflows
- Managing systems projects to align with client strategic goals

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
