Job description

We areย seekingย a motivated and detail-oriented Junior ServiceNow Consultant to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are interested in IT service management, enterprise platforms, and digital workflow solutions. You will work alongside experienced consultants to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions that improve business processes and user experience.ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

  • Assistย in the configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM,ย CSMย andย FSOย modules)ย 
  • Support senior consultants in gathering and documenting business requirementsย 
  • Participate in solution design sessions and translate requirements into technical configurationsย 
  • Help develop workflows, forms, and basic scripts within ServiceNowย 
  • Perform system testing, debugging, and quality assurance activitiesย 
  • Provide support during deployments and post-implementation activitiesย 
  • Create andย maintainย documentation, including user guides and process flowsย 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and stakeholdersย 

Basic Qualificationsย 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science,ย Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related fieldย 
  • Strong interest in enterprise software, IT service management, or consultingย 
  • Understanding of databases, workflows, or object-orientedย programmingย conceptsย 
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, or similar technologies is a plusย 
  • Strong problem-solving,ย analytical thinkingย skillsย andย attention to detail.ย 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsย 

Required Qualificationsย 

  • Bachelor's degree in progress, with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and July 2026ย 
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation or sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., OPT, H-1B visa, TN, etc.)ย 
  • Residewithin 50 miles of your assigned office prior to your start date; our culture emphasizes team collaboration within a hybrid work modelย 
  • Ability and willingness to travel Monday - Thursday (up to 50%); travel expenses covered by West Monroeย
