As a Software Engineer at Wolverine, you'll contribute to the design and development of high-performance applications that support our trading strategies. You'll work closely with experienced engineers, quantitative researchers, and traders to build reliable, scalable systems in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.ย 

This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in C++ who is eager to deepen their expertise in performance-focused systems. You'll own meaningful components, participate in technical design discussions, and continuously improve both your craft and the systems you help build.   • Collaborate with engineers, quants, traders, and sales to build reliable and scalable trading softwareย 
  • Contribute to system design, implementation, and code reviewsย 
  • Develop and enhance C++ components supporting risk management and order executionย 
  • Troubleshoot and improve system stability in production environmentsย 
  • Continuously learn and apply performance optimization techniques
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experienceย 
  • 2+ years of professional software development experienceย 
  • Experience working with C++ (professional or significant academic/project experience)ย

The base compensation range for this role is approximately $100,000-$140,000 contingent on experience. Wolverine Trading's total compensation model includes base salary and an annual discretionary bonus.
