Job description

DCS is searching for a performance‑driven Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support US Army programs. A focus on either logistics, engineering, technical support and/or management of advanced networks for military vehicles and equipment. We’re seeking individuals who are excited to take on meaningful challenges, contribute to innovative solutions, and help shape the future of a fast‑evolving mission space. This position will be supporting multiple locations.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

MA/MS from an accredited college or university in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering with 8 to 10 years in a manufacturing environment supporting DOD programs.

1 academic year at an accredited college or university in an accredited preferred degree related post-secondary program for 1 year of experience. 3 additional years of experience, and a BA/BS, or an additional 6 years of experience without a BA/BS may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Work in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment.

Advanced manufacturing planning, understanding of military specifications and certifications, raw material selection, engineering change process, design modification, use of CAD/CAM systems and manufacturing process development.

Desired Skills:

Ability to obtain a secret clearance as needed.
