Job description

Role: Sr Software Engineer (Java, Angular, Python, AI/ML)

Location: Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC - Onsite

As a Sr Software Engineer, you will work with a dedicated group of developers, data analysts, business analysts, architects, project managers, DevOps engineers, and infrastructure service teams. You will collaborate closely with IT service owners, product owners, and development teams, partnering with multi-functional IT and business teams to drive success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience
  • Bachelors or master's in computer science or computer engineering, Information Technology, or Mathematics
  • Expertise and hands-on experience with Java, Angular (Full Stack), MongoDB, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Spring, Splunk, REST APIs
  • Experience with Python, GenAI models, deep learning, NLP techniques and large language models (LLMs)
  • Highly skilled in Cloud Native Architecture, Microservices Architecture and Event Driven Architecture
  • Strong knowledge of route handling, request/response handling, and middleware usage
  • Analyze and solve complex technical problems, ensuring the robustness and scalability of solutions
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and building microservices using Spring Boot
  • Experience in automated deployment pipelines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team collaborating with cross-functional teams located in different time zones
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards
  • Implement and maintain unit tests and conduct thorough debugging to ensure the highest quality of applications
