Job description

Job Title IT - Help Desk Support Analyst Overview We are seeking an experienced IT - Help Desk Support Analyst to design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, virtualization, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, VMware, Active Directory, and cloud technologies, along with the ability to support day-to-day IT operations in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain computer systems and network infrastructure. Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, hardware, and software. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls using Active Directory. Monitor system performance and optimize system reliability and security. Troubleshoot server, network, and infrastructure issues while providing technical support. Support server, networking, and cloud infrastructure environments. Perform software and firmware upgrades and apply system patches. Conduct regular system backups and support disaster recovery planning. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and infrastructure solutions. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Provide technical guidance and training to end users. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 4+ years of experience as an IT Engineer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of computer systems, servers, networks, and operating systems. Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems. Experience with Active Directory administration. Experience with VMware virtualization technologies. Experience with cloud computing technologies. Experience with network protocols. Azure cloud experience is preferred. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills. Ability to adapt to changing technologies and environments. Relevant certifications such as CCNA or MCSE are preferred.
