Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Database Administrator role based in Sacramento, CA. The Database Administrator will manage, maintain, and optimize the organization’s databases supporting research, operations, and reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring database performance, implementing backup and recovery strategies, managing user access and security, and performing routine maintenance tasks. The role involves designing and refining database structures, configuring replication, and troubleshooting database issues to ensure high availability and data integrity.
